"Likely" if they aren't looking for luxury housing but just a place that's safe and livable. I would tell them in the end, it's a corporate owned facility and your rate will continue to rise as if there were no ceiling, until you are forced to move for another affordable apartment, and start the whole cycle over again.

The apartment is pretty old smelling and could be updated a bit more for the price. Otherwise it's a good location and is safe. Maintenance is excellent and the landscaping is always clean and nice.

Well maintained & managed complex, but rent is too high for the age & amenities of the complex.

Recently I feel as though for the amount of rent and the condition of the apartments that it is not worth moving here when there are newer nicer apartments in the area with relativly same rent rates for size of apartments. Also, some residents seem to loud and obnoxious without consideration of others. And like was stated before if I was to complain to the office I feel like Im not taken seriously and with apathy.
