Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

This community offered exquisite craftsmanship combined with great views. The interiors are a rich design accented with remarkable woodwork and attention to detail. The community is a luxury mid-rise community located just minutes away from upscale shopping, world renowned entertainment and freeways. They have many onsite, modern amenities to keep one from having to leave home for pleasure and enjoyment. My impression of the staff was that they were friendly, hospitable and incredibly efficient.
Clearly, this review was submitted by an employee at the Icon at Ross. All of the residents that I've spoken to, have said the opposite. The aesthetics and customer service have been on a rapid decline since the property was acquired by The Simpson Group.

The property was a great looking property. It was quiet while I was there. The upkeep and cleanliness was immaculate.
