Parking garage needs a security guard

Everything about icon at Ross is amazing. I love how they actually care about the property

Dirty, every door is broke, nothing works, elevators have not worked more than they have the 3 years I’ve been here.

Something is consistently not working (i.e. elevator, all access doors facing Ross) and it is difficult to get packaged delivered

Stuff break and is not fixed for a long time and the office staff is like oh well. Also guest take up all the parking spots in the facility. They should have a designated location for guest to park

Because there’s no hangouts going on and I have the best neighbors. Peace and quiet when I go to bed.

My car has been broken into twice. This is not a safe environment!

Great office staff, as well as maintenance crew!

We are expected to pay an outrageous amount for what we receive. Our money is not reinvested back into the property, leaving a dump of a place to call home. There isn’t enough staff to take care of this place and it seems there is no interest in hiring more staff.

I really enjoyed my first interaction on my virtual tour before moving in. Once I got here, the elevator near me was down for months and it’s been up and down since then, making it difficult when getting deliveries or having visitors, or simply when I park on one and try to being groceries to floor 4. I’m off the pool area and unfortunately, parties are extremely loud and I have neighbors that like to do things on their patios after hours that wakes me up. The hallways also have been consistently dirty and it’s evident that dogs have accidents often in the breezeways. Our trash compactor room is normally left open and the smell comes up the hallway and it can take your breath away. I truly enjoy the layout and being close to so many things; however, it can feel like a dorm at times as the soundproofing isn’t great and the windows are thin. I also see cracks in my paint, which is unsettling given the 2x4’s are still supporting a corner of our building. Maintenance also walks fairly hard on the roof, so there are times I have to remind myself that it’s just someone on the roof, not someone trying to get into my door.

THE PRICE IS TOO HIGH THE NEW RATES ARE TOO HIGH

I would never recommend anyone to live here. EVER!

My only complaint is the dog park area is so gross all the time. It’s very unpleasant for those that live next to it and spend time there.

I am old and my neighbors are young.

The price and location is very good.
