The only thing I dislike is the questionable stores and apt complex om hall. People are always hanging around outside like it's the hood. The area is nice and developing but that's a sore spot.

The only reason I would recommend is because of the location of the building. I would not recommend because the building routinely falls in shambles, the personell are horrible, and there is no movement to make anything better.

My visit to The Icon at Ross was a very pleasant experience. The leasing agents were very professional and knowledgeable about the community. The grounds were well kept and it was easy for me to locate parking as well as the office. The leasing staff was able to locate a floorplan that was perfect for what I was looking for. This is a place I would love to call home.

Other than the phone call, I was very pleased with the on site presentation. Both agents were eager to help and took care in making me feel like my visit mattered. The tour was also scenic and pleasant. My only drawback is the other parts of the neighborhood still being run down. Other than that, the Icon has everything along with spacious floor plans that anyone would love to have in a home.

I would love to live at the community. It was a beautiful place.

I enjoyed viewing the community, as it had many wonderful amenities and a very unique pool area that I really liked. The leasing agent I spoke to during my visit was polite, professional and helpful. He appeared knowledgeable about the property and what it had to offer. The agent was engaging in our conversation. However, he never really asked what I was looking for or tried to cater to my desires in a new home. Overall, the community was nice. It was clean and had a great curb appeal, with many features that would help me to consider calling it my new home.

This community was a luxurious contemporary building with the latest in amenities and features. The upscale apartments had beautiful finishes and all the features one would expect like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and garden tubs. It was located in an older neighborhood just north of downtown and was close to major highways. I thought the prices were a little steep for the location.

This community offered exquisite craftsmanship combined with great views. The interiors are a rich design accented with remarkable woodwork and attention to detail. The community is a luxury mid-rise community located just minutes away from upscale shopping, world renowned entertainment and freeways. They have many onsite, modern amenities to keep one from having to leave home for pleasure and enjoyment. My impression of the staff was that they were friendly, hospitable and incredibly efficient.
