Based on my interaction with the leasing professional, I would most definitely have leased from her. However, based on the rent charged versus newness, finishes and square footage, I would not be able to say that I would have leased.

I love the location (close to Mopac, downtown, and my office), and the complex is typically very quiet, which makes it a great place to get work done from home. The office personnel and maintenance staff are ALWAYS friendly and courteous. Repairs are made quickly - usually same day. In my ideal world the leasing office would be open 24 hours/day, just so I could pick up packages after hours, but regardless I would still give this complex an A+.

Because of the staff I would recommend this complex but I would strongly advise them to inspect the unit they were interested and be comfortable with it's condition---ie: will the dishwasher door open enough to pull out bottom rack, can you sit on the commode without the toilet paper holder hitting you--- is the trim work throughout the unit finished properly or sloppy like my unit #250.

This is the perfect community for the person interested in upscale apartment living, the feeling of living in a rural area, yet very close to loop 360. The community is close to Zilker park and all Austin's fine trails.

It seems slightly overpriced, but the location and service are excellent, so maybe not.

I apologize that my response last summer seemed unprofessional- after exhausting all other possible solutions (A/C performance, insulation issues, solar screens, draft points and duct leaks) I was attempting to come up with an out-of-the-box solution to the issue, but was unable to bear further cost since all reasonable measures had been taken. I would be happy to take another look into any other practical solutions with you when you are available.

Emily made the staff look very friendly and caring, the premises look meticulously cared for, and the residents look great to be around. I would definitely lease here and was impressed by Emily's performance.

I've recommended my apartment complex to a bunch of people, but those who have seen the small size of my apartment don't seem willing to pay my rent price. Again, I'm fine with the price but others seem to think they can find cheaper prices for something this size (though they're sacrificing location).

I would tell them that the location is awesome, but it's almost too EXPENSIVE, and you can almost hear everything your neighbors are doing.
