The service was exceptional. I was assured that I was be taken care of due to the rapport built during our initial meeting. The service was exceptional, and throughout the whole process, my needs were addressed and taken care of despite how busy the community was. I felt like I was at home before it was my home!

The community and apartment were nicely maintained and care for, and the location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Would Not: Noise - neighbor's dog barks at all hours (even now as I type), other neighbor has rowdy parties, hardwood flooring + large dogs mean you can hear the people above you in a big way; Parking is an issue; Bugs can be an issue; Small fitness room

The leasing professional did a great job of tailoring the sale to me. The community was in a great location, but the interiors looked dated and the leasing office was not as hip as the area it was in.

Quiet yet convenient to everything

My stay at Windsor has been mostly positive and because of Courtney and Bobby handling and admittedly tough situation that wasn't their fault I would recommend the property but there are some issues I think need to be resolved to make sure everyone in the company has the same vision for the property.

Despite the hard working, attentive, and friendly staff, the unit in which I live faces various issues that compromise the living quality.

I would recommend these apartments because they are relatively quiet for being so close to Mopac, and you can't beat the consistency of management.

This apartment complex is a great value. It's older, yet does have W/D connections and ample parking that similarly priced locations in the area do not. The staff was GREAT - Courtney, Bobby, and team were available whenever we needed anything, and we never waited longer than 24 hours for a service request. If you want a great value on an older complex in a super location, I would recommend this complex! They want to make it home.

The Windsor at Barton Creek is an established property in the Austin area with an incredible location. The amenities are basic, but the big selling point is the location. The noise from traffic is the only negative feature, and lack of evening patrol. The property was clean, presentable and with in the market rates. Courtney is shining example of a loyal, seasoned on site manager whom takes pride in her job. I personally would not have leased because of the noise from the freeways. All in all the community has a strong market base and very well known by Austinites.
