Entering my apartment without asking.

I would recommend third floor residences only, as these complexes are so noisy (presumably because they are old and not well insulated, but maybe I have just been unlucky with neighbors). I also have friends that like to utilize their pool and have guests over, so the restrictions would not be a good fit for them.

The greatest asset this community has is its convenient location to highways and shopping areas.

Love the location but just not sure yet. The neighbors upstairs are loud and they just walk.

It's old, AC has broken down at least 6 times.

With the large balconies and trees, the community was like a tree house. Exterior noise from the major nearby roads was surprisingly not very loud. The apartments and grounds were well maintained.

For folks with pets this is not the best choice due to the small and dirty (literally dirt and feces) pet areas. This apartment would be worth the premium rent if more attention were given to improving the grounds, planting grass in the pet areas (it is all dirt) and trimming the trees so that we don't have to wash our vehicles every week from all the tree debris falling on them.

I would recommend this community mainly for its good location and quick access to a major freeway, but I would suggest to others to shop around for better rental rates.

The location is ideal for those who love the park and the ability to be within walking distance of the main attraction areas. As far as the community goes there are some peaceful features that you just might find. There are also some outdated features that you might discover within the apartments that you are not so happy with. The management seems to really care about the residents and the upkeep of the property.

Like the trees a lot, it's close to downtown but very quiet.

Overall this property is cute. It is a little dated but if some of the features to this property were up to date, the amount of rent being charged could be worth it. It a great property but is lacking modern coolness most properties that are high end have. The few things that have been added to make the property somewhat competitive, like the valet garbage, is a good move, but the community needs more moves like that to make it a super property.

A bit pricey for the age of the community, even considering the upgrades.

Over the last couple of months we have had several major issues (listed above) that either took a long time to solve or still have not been solved (disruptive neighbors). I am still giving some time to see how these issues get resolved and whether or not I recommend this complex to others or I myself renew my lease has yet to be decided. I am concerned with recent events that I am not getting the value of my apartment's cost.

The community has an wonderful view of downtown Austin and an incredible Austin feel to it.
