I was very impressed with the community, especially for the rental rate. I was however disappointed in the fact that the first story did not have overhead lighting or ceiling fans. The above rates are based on an apartment that has those features.

The leasing agent knew the community and apartment very well. He was eager and anxious about helping me find the perfect apartment. He communicated friendliness and warmth.

I found the interior condition of the apartment to be a let down in relation to the condition of the outside. The grounds looked nice, peaceful, and well maintained. I did not have a bad customer experience, but the leasing professional seemed to be new and lacking experience.

It is a comfortable home. The upgraded apartments are clean and nice. I would love to live here.

The property seemed to be in good condition. The parking lot was newly paved. The grounds were pretty clean.

Based on the overall experience of contacting this property, I would not have leased and did not feel valued as a prospective resident. The phone agent was quick on the phone and did not extend an invitation and I knew very little about the community or apartment features. While onsite, there were several delays throughout my visit because keys were missing and did not have any confidence in the staff knowing the exact availability and correct pricing because I had been quoted different prices and availability dates. The fact that the onsite agent I spoke with on the phone did not keep our appointment only 15 minutes later when I confirmed I was on the way seemed very inpersonable and if this is how prospective residents would be treated, I would be skeptical of how valued I would be as a resident living there.

The community amenities were excellent and well maintained. It seems like the community does around the clock to keep up the amenitiess. The grounds and common areas were very neat & clean and well conditioned. The leasing professional were well-dressed & friendly and very professional. They seemed to willing to please new tenants and current tenants. Also, explained the move-in rental rates very understandable. I would recommend this community to family and friend to based it on the excellent treatment I received.
