I thought that the property had a lot to offer. The fitness center equipment was updated and the pool looked nice. I noticed some trash in the parking lots and breezeways which detracted from the look. I also thought that the apartment could have used updated cabinets and maybe redo the ceilings.

The agent was very pleasant to talk with. The community looked good and there were some nice amenities.

It is an okay property. There is nothing spectacular about it. The staff is helpful but could use more personality.

I think the apartment seemed a little dated. The new appliances and counters were nice. The outside of the apartment needed cleaning, as the stairway up to the model felt dark and the concrete was dirty. There were also spiderwebs on the ceilings outside the apartment. The sport court needed to be cleaned, as I noticed a messy stain on the far wall. The coffee for visitors was cold and the inside of the refrigerator had random messy items. Those were small things that bothered me and would definitely discourage me from leasing. Overall, it was clean though. I also thought it was not cool to see a satellite dish held up by cinder blocks outside the model.

Walking into the property I was pleasantly surprised by how large and open the area was. I envisioned myself sitting and working there or visiting with friends. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was welcomed. My phone conversation was remembered and they were willing to give me several quotes on floor plans to find the apartment that would best suit me. I was also given a good explanation of the prices based on my move-in date.

The community was nice, but there was nothing that really made it stand out from anywhere else.

The property is conveniently located near schools and shopping. They offer amenities that are geared to all ages and interest groups. The property is well maintained and attractive. The leasing staff are welcoming and take pride in being a part of this community.

I thought the apartment itself could use some renovations or updating. The property itself was nice. The clubhouse was very nice and the pool area was also very nice. I just felt like the inside of the apartment could really use some upgrades for the price per square footage that they were leasing the apartment for.

It was a nice community in good shape with nicely designed and laid out floor plans. It had good amenities and a good location for north Austin.

The leasing professional took pride in the community and management company. I definitely would have leased.
