Peaceful

It's peaceful, has a great dog park, I love it

It's a very quiet and calm place to live

The amenities were standard run of the mill, but some needed cleaning and care. The leasing agent lacked enthusiasm.

The property is located conveniently between Mopac Expressway and I-35, ideal for commuting off either major road. You are 5-10 minutes away from multiple dining and recreational options in the La Frontrera area. During the two years I lived here, I did not personally experience any form of vandalism, violence or out of the ordinary issues. The communication between the complex and the residents is adequate. I will dearly miss the park located approximately across the street, Wells Branch Park.

I first it was for the price and atmosphere, Price increase every year is expected, but the tenants they are getting now are not the best. Use to could leave items on the porch, but not now. Oh and now they have added renter's insurance.

It's a very laid back community that allows me to feel completely safe while I'm home.

If you ever need anything done from maintenance they will get to you in a timely manner and I have never had a problem with the staff and over all my experience here has been a good one.

Reasonable rent cost

This property was in need of repair. The speed bumps in the parking lot were cracked and worn down. The pool needed to be cleaned as well as the fitness center. The overall state of the community appeared neglected.

I have no complaints. It's quiet in my area and my neighbors are friendly.

I felt the pricing was a bit high for what was being offered.

I thought the master bath that I saw was very cramped. The ceilings had the old popcorn stuff on them. It looks very dated inside and even smelled old.

I felt like the community had a lot to offer. The amenities and staff were all very nice. I felt like the staff was sincere in wanting to meet my needs. The amenities were all very well maintained which made me feel like this was a community I would be happy being a part of. The apartment was nice but did not amaze me. I felt like I was getting a good amount of space for my money but not a decent amount of upgrades. The apartment seemed a little dated which really detracted from the initial excitement from the beginning of the tour. I felt like I could have easily seen myself living there but was not jumping at the opportunity to take the apartment off the market immediately.
