nice but over priced

The apartments were very nice, and I loved the way the Hibiscus model was set up. Both agents I dealt with were very eager to help me and make sure I was happy with what I was getting. The landscaping was gorgeous, and I was very impressed with how well the grounds were kept.

iwould tell them to come an look at them. they are nice

Overall I like the complex and the how it is kept and staff is great.

1) However I was really dissapointed with the condition of the carpet when I first moved in. Instead of replacing the old carpet, it has been patched!!!! MORE THAN 4 PLACES... Needless to say it looks really bad...and some of the blinds were taped in broken parts...
When you pay rent almost $1400 for a ONE bedroom apartment, you kind of expect better quality....

2) In terms of appliances the diswasher is a big dissapointment. Very noisy, doesn't clean well.. Never dries, every dish comes out soaking wet.

3) I also hear when the person walks upstairs. It even wakes me up if he/she gets up really early (around 4:30 am).
Thank God he/she is a very quiet person other than that... I can't think of living below a family with kids....

I wish pool was kept open at least until the end of Sept. (wheather was great) and gym was better equipped and broken equipment would be replaced instead of being eliminated...

BUT I love the staff very helpful always there with answers they fix things quickly ...

The community wasvery well maintained and beautiful. The people there were friendly, and it was nice to be there. I would love to stay in this community.

My experience at the community was fabulous, and I enjoyed visiting their property. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the community and its surrounding area, and they were eager to help me find what I needed. The apartment I viewed was offered at a great price for the area, and included lots of standard amenities that you would otherwise have to pay extra for. The community is conveniently located not too far from the highway. Shopping centers and restaurants are not too hard to find, and some are even within walking distance. The community is in a quieter, laid back part of town that is not too busy, but it is a short drive to other cities. I would definitely consider the community as a top choice if I needed to live in the area.

This is nice place to live and a reasonably priced, pleasant community.

The overall appearance of the community was gorgeous, with well-maintained grounds and buildings that looked new. I received a thorough presentation from the leasing consultant without being pressured or feeling rushed. She even offered to assist me at a later date.

The full washer/dryer was a definite bonus. The space offered in each from was enough to live comfortably. The size of the closets was impressive.

As a customer, I really like this community. The community was well kept and very homey. It seemed like they would have everything very organized and available for the residents. The features were awesome as well as the view.

I thought the pricing was very reasonable for the amenities they offer. There was a one time amenity fee, but you can have access to the amenities the entire time you live there, no matter how long that is. The floor plans were setup for every lifestyle. There is sure to be one for everyone that applies. The leasing agent was very thorough and very pleasant. She did not miss anything in her description of the property and what they offer. They told me about the surrounding area with regards to transportation and shopping for home or anything else. She only missed a couple of small details like not wearing a name tag and not offering any refreshments, but as far as giving me as much information about the community and the application process, she did not miss a beat. I would feel very comfortable living there because of the way the apartment was and kept, and also because if I had to deal with that leasing agent, I would not feel left out. I would know she was trying her best to take care of me.

It was a beautifully maintained property that looked like it was less than a year old.

I was impressed with the level of service I received. The leasing agent was engaging and professional. She was polite and welcoming. I felt like my business was wanted. I would do business at this location based on my interaction with the leasing professional.

My experience on the tour of the community was impressive. I was delighted to see how clean the area was. The community looked contemporary and updated with the latest appliances and amenities. It gave me the feel of being in a home and not an apartment. It was a very nice community, and I recommend anyone to see it.

I really enjoyed the property.
