The leasing agent was very sweet, enthusiastic, and genuine. The community was very clean and the price offered for their largest one bedroom was great. The apartment felt new and very clean, and had a great floor plan and spacious closets for a one bedroom.

The agent represented the community well. When we finished the tour, I had to go to my car and said I would meet the agent at the leasing office. When I got to the leasing office, she not only had the papers ready to go over, but she had a cup of coffee brewing. Once again I was impressed.

I was impressed at the level of enthusiasm that was offered to make the community so appealing. It was clean and pleasant. The residents made it seem welcoming just by door hangings and welcome mats. The apartments were spacious and well worth the rent. The amenities were worth the value and the privacy and protection to enter the amenities created a safe feeling.

I thought the staff was very professional. The people I observed were groomed and dressed in a professional manner. The grounds were well maintained and attractive. The landscaping was appealing as well as the stone and siding facade.

The property was in a good location with a lot of nearby shopping, schools and access to main thoroughfares. The property was neatly groomed and well kept. The apartment itself had an interesting layout and allowed me to feel that I could feel comfortable and at home there and also feel a little spoiled. However, the development itself felt a little overcrowded in comparison to other developments.

The community was very nice. The grounds were well kept. Nothing was out of place. The agent was polite and friendly. The extra costs to live at the community were very high and this would make me think twice. I was made to feel welcomed and appreciated at all times. The employees I talked to were very nice and answered all my questions.

I would recommend this property due to the great location and features. Also, if the agent I met with represented the entire staff working at this location, I would be feel as though I would be receiving great customer service. I thought the prices were a little high, as there are many private rentals in the area as well that are comparatively less money.
