This was a wonderful community. Valary had an upbeat and positive attitude. He did a great job of selling the community. The community had the benefit of controlled access. This complex was relatively new. He did a great job of showing the apartment based on my needs. There were modern and new amenities that were well kept.

I feel like the rent is a little too high for the size of the unit and the area. I know it is "market value" But, I also realize that is because apartment complexes call each other and compare rates, etc.. kinda like the airlines.

The staff are friendly, the apartments are beautiful, convenient to the highway and great restaurants and bars, amenities are more than expected, and I like the residents as well. Parking is always available, plenty of dog waste bags and cans emptied when full. Awesome place.

Also, our 6 story garage is really great for finding that spot close to your home! We are so lucky to have amazing residents like you!

I would be more likely to recommend if I knew what was available and the how it is priced and if my friends/family preferred apartments over houses. With pricing taken out of the equation and the friends preferring to live in an apartment, I would definitely recommend. I would also be more reminded to recommend if there were financial incentives for doing so. ;)
