The rental rates are too high compared to what is offered. I am grateful I was allowed to rent here, Sarah is great. What bothers me most is the rents were lowered for new incoming renters and ours was not prorated to reflect the new rates offered. I feel our leases should have been adjusted to fit the same rates.

Noise from unit above travels clearly through the ventilation system and is quite loud. No designated dog park area. Poor access to walking trails (greenway).

Location is great, I like the parking garage and proximity to retail, but I would like to see more tenant amenities.

This community is immaculate. The pricing was fair, and all the amenities are top notch. My leasing professional did a good job of showing me around, and the fact that it is all enclosed in the building is an added bonus.

Again, I realize this community is a pet friendly however, the dog poop and pee in the hallways, garage and outside is a bit much. Can't understand why people would do such things. I have seen several people in the late night or very early in the morning walking their dogs without poop bags and I think others have seen them as well.

Neighborhood is very noisy. Many residents have pets which adds to the overall noise levels.

The community was very nice. The apartments were built in a closed building environment. The parking deck was wonderful.
