Excellent service, close to park west and food-truck.

The community was very quiet and had a nice luxury feel without overdoing it. It was made with the working professional in mind and all of the features were really plush. The price was average for the market but the apartments were larger with more than the average amount of storage space.

The apartment looks great, the parking deck is a great convenience, and everyone living/working here are friendly and respectful, but other than that I would not recommend living here unless the walls are made more soundproof. You can hear all of your neighbors... For example the neighbor above me wakes up every morning at 3 AM to go to work. The neighbor down the hall has a dog that starts barking at 5 AM. At 8 PM there is a kid playing music in the apartment diagonal. You can hear clearly people walking outside as if the wall doesn't even exist, they speak in a normal volume and I can hear them from the other side of the apartment.

This is a great apartment community that is very close to the expressways, minutes from the airport, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The leasing staff is super friendly and the rental rates are reasonable for the area.

I work for a fortune 500 company and have been transferred out of State; I'm stuck paying the rent on this vacant apartment for 4 months; so I definately cant recommend my peers to rent here!!!

I have loved the community when I moved in 2 years ago . . since that time, the cleanliness and attention to detail. .i.e. trash closets, carpets, stairways and even the landscaping, has declined considerably . The landscape no loner has "curb appeal" .

He complex does a great job of making the exterior atmosphere pleasant and tidy by having the yard men come often and by having frequent and routine bug spraying

Beautiful area and beautiful apartments. Very personable staff and great perks (like the parking garage).

The community is fine and I feel somewhat safe. However, I do not like residing in a building with dogs. I'm not a pet lover and I've had some of the dogs to bark and charge me which is unacceptable. I prefer to reside in a pet-free building.

I would strongly recommend this apartment community Marq at Weston ! Value for money, awesome amenities, with indoor car garage, I can drive to the floor I live in , Gym is state of the art, swimming pool and game area etc are awesome.

Friendly office staff , always courteous and professional and have answered my questions immediately.

The staff and the unit are pluses.
