My perceptions as a real customer were that I would be happy living there and would recommend the community to family and friends based on the quality of care the leasing agent attentively gave me throughout the presentation. Along with the amenities the community had to offer, and all the entertainment, shopping, and restaurants that were located close by to the community. One thing I could suggest would be to have more of a personal closing space to go over the closing. Because you could hear personal comments coming from the desk next to us and it was hard to concentrate and stay focused on the leasing agents presentation.

I would recommend it for professionals of all ages, retirees and families starting out. I do not think it lends itself to families with multiple children though we do have 3 bedroom units. Without playscapes, large green areas to run in and ride bikes, etc. I just feel it is not ideal for that tenant. Just my opinion :-)

The upkeep in the community was notable. Great location and amenities. The leasing agent did a great job showing me around and finding out my needs.

The only thing I would want to add is a dog park.

These are lovely apartments in a very centralized area, and yet they still provide a very homey atmosphere.
We are so pleased that you enjoy the Marq at Weston and all it has to offer! You are so right about the great location with quick accessibility to shopping, dining, entertainment...not to mention I40 and RDU!

Being close to the few restaurants is great. We are close to the greenway which is a huge plus for us. Grateful for the parking garage.

The community was pricey compared to nearby communities, and the apartment was small. The apartments were attractive, and the Leasing Professional was friendly and pleasant.
