I really enjoyed the community. It had a very fresh and futuristic feel. The decor and artwork was great. I loved the idea of the 24 hour fitness center and the pool.

The staff were friendly and professional. The community was at an excellent location. It was close to the Mall of America and the light rail. It also offered great amenities.

The leasing agent talked a lot about the area the property was in and how convenient it was to everything.
IndiGo is a very central convenient community. Indeed the name IndiGo was created to talk about the location and its means to go anywhere in Minneapolis either by train, car or even flight. The nature preserve outside our door also allows our resident to go to nature within moments. We are pleased to call Bloomington our home and are pleased that the leasing professional was able to share this with you!

This place had amazing amenities. The club-room and fitness center were top-notch and seemed like place people would actually want to spend time. This community really seemed like a resort type environment. Rent was pretty reasonable for the location, amenities, and apartments themselves. They could tone the air freshener down just a bit though. After spending a little more than 40 minutes there I could smell nothing but air freshener for quite a while. The marketing materials I was given smelled like perfume inserts in magazines. Very overpowering.
The development team spent a great deal of time and it sounds like the resort style that you noticed worked. IndiGo is a special community and priced well within the Bloomington area. We thank you for your very kind words. Also we may have just changed our Scentair and know that sometimes that first day is an over powering experience. Thank you for sharing this insight as well.

The location of this upscale complex is very convenient with light rail just outside the door. There will also be short use vehicles for use by residents. These two features limit the need for one's own car.
