The rental rate is a little high for our two bedroom. Also, the parking garage is essentially forced upon us because there is minimal parking outside of it. I would suggest two free parking spots per apartment. Or one free parking spot per bedroom in the respective apartments.

Parking is kind of tough to deal with. People drive to fast in the parking garage and visitor parking is too hard to use. Noise from the train.

parking around facility needs improvement. if you have a two bedroom apartment a second parking space should be provided at no extra charge if your cars are registered to renters or are approved business vehicles .
