It really depends on how people adapt to apartment living. There will always be terrible neighbors that are noisy, that don't follow parking or amenity rules, that leave garbage in the halls, etc. For the size of this community, it's definitely more positive that negative.

Guest parking is too limited, not enough available, especially when needed after office hours. If there was closer street parking it would be better. I avoid inviting several guests or renting club room because of this.

I thought the rent was super considering the square footage and finishes in the apartment. The amenities were brand-new looking in the fitness room was one of the largest I have seen. Location is excellent, right on light rail and within walking distance of the mall. I am very likely to recommend this community to family and friends.
