The property was well kept. The amenities were nice. I was impressed with the landscaping.

I had visited other Concord communities. The on-site leasing professional's presentation was the most thorough description and tour that I have experienced. The team had an all-inclusive brochure titled "Arbor Pointe Apartment Homes." It gave a wealth of information about the community. The on-site leasing professional also used it as a presentation tool. The community's grounds were immaculately maintained.

I really would be thinking what the property offered in exchanged for value. I know there are parts of Ypsilanti that are not so desirable, so I would maybe be a little hesitant, but due to fact they are in Ann Arbor schools, this would make up for the value.
