The community is kept clean, great amenities, AATA accessibility and prompt snow removal/salting of the sidewalks. I also feel more secure knowing the police and or security service patrols often.

Was promised a carpet cleaning in Spring of 2014 as my "renewal Reward". Staff asked me to wait until the weather was better, they would call me to set up the appt. Still haven't heard from the office staff. If they worked as hard to keep us in the community as they did to bring us in it would be a great place to live!

We moved from student rental housing on campus at U of M and have been very happy with the change. Not only is housing more affordable, but we have much more space and love being able to rent a washer and dryer within the apartment. The maintenance is also always taken care of in a surprisingly short time, (I once submitted a maintenance request one morning and the issue was fixed by the time I came home from work that day) and any interactions we've had with maintenance have been pleasant, they are always willing to explain what was wrong and what they did. Grounds are also well kept, and its great having the sidewalks cleared reliably after a snow fall.

You do not know what you are moving into and not willing to fix certain issues that I believe needs to be fixed for any new family to move into. Dirty apartments left for new residents to clean ect.

The community and apartment were nice, the agent was knowledgeable and friendly. The price seemed higher than others in the area.

The apartment community was very well maintained and had all of the amenities I was looking for. The apartment had a lot of storage, a nice layout, nice sidewalks, playgrounds, a workout facility, pool and volleyball court. The Internet cafe was spacious. The availability of free gift wrapping, a notary, the local newspaper, address labels, faxing and copying was a nice addition to the traditional services offered at a apartment community. The landscaping was well maintained with a lot of mature trees.

The community viewed was very nice. The grounds were well kept. The leasing agent was knowledgeable of the apartment community along with the surrounding community. The leasing agent was more than willing to further show me around the apartment community grounds.

The community had basic amenities: a seasonal pool, sports courts, and playgrounds. It was not fancy but everything was clean, neat, and looked well-maintained. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The apartments were in good condition with basic appliances and cabinetry and an open floor plan.
