The property was very nice. It seemed a little stark and lack luster. A few more strategically placed flowers could help. Also the main signs with the property name were faded and could be updated. There were a few fixtures that could have used some paint as well as the carpets and walls in the common areas. These few details helped to date an otherwise nice property.

These spacious apartments are well appointed with computer alcoves, ceiling fans, extended crown moulding and lots of closet space.
Great place to live, excellent service and office staff are superb!
I have raved about Edgewood since we moved in a year ago. We love living in a quiet, safe community where we do not have to do any yard work, maintenance or upkeep. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. We just renewed our lease and couldn't be happier!!

Friendly, clean, quiet, great response turnaround from management, very pet friendly, of all the places I looked at prior to moving in this complex was the nicest and least expensive at the time, it's right off 93 so really convenient for traveling, and is very close to shopping areas and restaurants.

Yes I have A couple of times it never seems to work out.
Don't live near the pool,that is the only thing very noisy in summer.

Very enjoyable but sometimes parking can be a problem close by the apartment, and sometimes noise from people living above can be annoying. Otherwise it is very nice.

For the area and the features offered, the lease rate was fantastic. It was cheaper than other properties that are not in as nice a location.
It's a really nice place to live. The homes and grounds are well-maintained and everyone who works here is professional.
It's new and nice. The amenities are excellent. There is something here for everyone.
