The community is modern and set in a wooded setting, but is situated across from a gravel and stone company so there is a lot of stone dust and truck traffic.

The community was well maintained. There was a gym, business center and pool. It had the basic amenities but nothing outstanding. The staff were pleasant and knew their community. The fees for garages and storage space were high. It was nice, but not exceptional.

The leasing professional asserted herself and built a rapport. The community was a nice community to live in.

The model apartment did not have furniture. The leasing professional did not get to know me.

I enjoyed my presentation and tour today. The leasing professional was down-to-earth and proud of the community she was representing. I never felt that she was simply trying to pitch a sale, nor was she ever hurried in her descriptions or answers to my questions. I felt I could have taken all the time in the world to explore every inch of the model without being rushed by the agent, which was refreshing. They truly offer a good value for the price. The buildings I saw were very well cared for, and the landscaping added to the picture of good maintenance. The amenities are not uncommon among apartment communities in the same price range.

This is a beautiful, well maintained community. The apartment layouts are well designed, and the materials used looked top notch. I would definitely call this place my home and refer to my friends and family.

The community was very classy. It was a very good value. The attention to detail was impressive. I would recommend this community to my family and friends. I would be very proud to call this home.

Expensive, general upkeep around the property is wanting.

excellent apts

I thought the place was great, safe and clean. It was also quiet. I was impressed with the apartment, and the view of the woods. Also the 24 hour service if something went wrong.

This is a lovely property located just off the beaten path, offering privacy, yet close enough to area conveniences.

The showing agent was excellent. She was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable of the entire complex and how it would relate to my needs. The grounds are very well maintained, and the clubhouse and recreational areas were superbly color schemed, with great furniture and other amenities. I loved the location, which was very accessible to three major highways, and felt like I could call it home.

The inside of the apartments are ok. They don't deserve the "Luxury" moniker. The office staff is sub-par, and does everything it can to be inconvenient. The grounds are littered with dog feces, so don't plan on walking on any patch of grass. The building alarms have been going off, sometimes for days.

It is a really nice apartment to live in.
