The apartments and the community were very clean. The apartments offered great closet space and large bathrooms.
Love living here, except some neighbors very noisy
I would tell them that over-all I LOVE living here and hope to continue for many years. Only hiccup is that you can hear noisy neighbors through the walls or if they have a dog that barks ALL the time, other than that it's a wonderful place to live

The property is a community, not just one building with apartments in it. There are 11 beautiful buildings and beautiful landscaping. The apartments are very large with lots of closet space. There is free parking outside.

I found the property to be well maintained, with good amenities. The apartments were attractive with a good floor plan. The location was close to the highway. The leasing professional was friendly and engaging, and did a great job of demonstrating the apartments.

I was very impressed with the counter space and the amount of storage. The grounds were well trimmed and the wide hallways were spotless.
I enjoy living at my home at edgewood.
I never have an issue with getting anything fixed or questions answered. The only complaint I do have is sometimes people do not follow the rules of parking or grilling and it makes it miserable for everyone living there.

Only the package time lasts to 6 pm on weekdays. This makes me go picking every saturday.

I thought the community was a nice one but nothing really stood out. I thought the value of the community was fair. The leasing agent's presentation was average. She did not match the features to my needs, and did not list benefits.

Nice apartments and grounds, but the high annual rent hikes are unwarranted given the area that Edgewood is located, almost $200...this isn t Boston.
Beautiful apartment complex
I love living here! It s a beautiful, pet friendly community. This winter has been horrible for snow and I haven t had a problem getting my car out thanks to the people who plow. In the summer the grounds are landscaped and the whole complex just looks amazing.

This area was nicely wooded. The club house was really pretty, even though most of the furnishings were covered over with cloths. I thought the apartment was a very good size, but I did not like that it faced the parking lot. If I was really interested in renting here, I would have wanted to know what else was coming available and in which building.

The apartment community was well maintained, and the staff was very helpful. The apartments were clean and many windows, which made them bright and seem very spacious.

wonderful - except sometime I can smell the quarry at work across the way, but Edgewood itself is great - I especially LOVE the gym.
