It is not worth the price. There is mold and spiders everywhere. The buildings are not properly cared for.

The community is located back down a winding, country road along with more traditional and suburban housing. There are certain lifestyle considerations because of the nearness to restaurants, shopping and transportation. The rent is more affordable for the quality and by the standards of luxury apartments.

This was an impressive community that had a very classy feel. The apartments offered a more sophisticated look compared to average apartments on the market. I found the common areas to be incredibly well maintained and was surprised that most of the amenities were available 24 hours a day. The staff was great to work with and very accommodating. Overall this was a great location.

The presentation and tour was very admirable. The person who showed me around was very perceptive and understood my hesitation about downsizing. She tried to paint a very bright picture and said she thought I would be happy there. I thought for what I was looking for, the size of the apartment was a little small and there was very little closet space.

The community is very well maintained. The apartment that I was shown was very nice and a very reasonable price. The community is near major highways, which is a plus. Shopping is close by.

The leasing agent was pleasant and upbeat. On a positive note, the community itself was attractive and the landscaping was lovely. I did not like the fact that there was not a designated business center. The gym was small, given the size of the community. Also, an entertainment area would have been welcome. The package pickup that the leasing agent mentioned to me was something that appeared to be standard in the industry and did not impress me. The community would be a decent place to live, but I was not overly impressed by it. I might or might not recommend to others.

The leasing consultant was friendly and professional. The amenities were nice, and the apartment was renovated. However, it was small and did not have central air conditioning, just an individual unit in the living room.

It appeared to me to be a well-maintained community that offered some great amenities for not a lot of money. The clubhouse was small but lovely, well-decorated and inviting, with WIFI available throughout. The fitness room had all the equipment needed for a good workout, and the pool and pool area were lovely, with lots of lounge chairs for tenant use. The twenty-four hour a day availability of the laundry room was also a plus, and I liked the card system used there, which eliminates the need for carrying around bags of quarters. The two bedroom apartment model I saw was small and had only one bathroom, but the kitchen was nicely appointed and would be perfect for one or two people. The second and third floors have good sized balconies, great for sunning. The property also has a wonderful natural and protected pond within its boundaries, and it abuts meadows, which are also protected. The community has a lot going for it - a caring staff, well-maintained grounds, the amenities that most people want and will use, and the quiet of its surrounding meadows.

I was left with a very positive impression. I thought the community was inviting and well maintained. The location, value, features and amenities were right in line with with what I was would be looking for as a perspective renter.

Based on what I saw and the service provided, I would lease an apartment here. I was pleased with the service provided and that the community has amenities that meets all of my needs.

The apartments were spacious and the community area was well kept. The lack of a washer/dryer in the apartment, was made up by a clean community laundry room with reasonable prices.

The agent was appropriate and conducted a professional tour. However, I was not completely taken aback with the community as there was nothing that really made it stand out.

When I walked in the office I was immediately greeted by the leasing associate. She was ready to assist me with my apartment hunting and enthusiastic about the showing me the available apartments. The community looked well maintained and there were some wooded areas that made the community feel private. There were many shopping areas in close proximity as well as major highways.

I arrived at the location and found it very nice and off the beaten path. When I arrived, the office was well kept and very warm and friendly. The amenities were a little smaller in the fitness center than I would like. The fact there were no in apartment washer/dryers was not a plus but the fact that the laundry room was open 24 hours was very nice. I felt that the apartment itself was very nice and well maintained. I feel that the apartment was spacious and I would definitely like to live there. Overall I felt the staff, facilities, and apartment were very professional and homelike.

The grounds within this community were well maintained. The exterior of the buildings seemed to be in nice shape. The clubhouse was quite nice both inside and out, and the amenities seemed to be well cared for as well. However the interior of the building I toured was full of foul odors, the hallway carpet needed cleaning very badly, and the two bedroom apartment I was shown was very small for the amount being asked. I was informed that the hallways were also going to be redone.
