The staff is helpful and friendly, the lease and the expenditure process is clear and concise, the tenants are also respectful of their neighbors. The gym is a big plus for me.

The apartments were large and renovated. The community was clean with nice amenities. The only drawback was there were no laundry facilities in the apartment; there were shared facilities in the community center.

The apartment community is in a great location. It is near a major highway, restaurants, and lots of shopping. I did not like that one could smoke in the buildings.

Due to the rent increase I would not recommend this place I have never lived in a place that increased so much in such a short amount of time

The community is located next to a wooded area with a walking trail and a pond. There is also a dog park, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and an inviting clubhouse. There are common laundry facilities with new machines and a card system.

One bedroom is too expensive. I moved out of the city thinking the rent would be lower and affordable. it is the opposite....

Rent is too high, with increasing prices for no reason. The last minute letters on your door for the morning of maintenance coming is unprofessional.

We like the apartment, the location, and some of the amenities. The office staff and the changing policies have turned us a bit, though.

The space looked modern and appealing to live in, and I was provided with a good picture with the experience it would be like to live here.

This community was clean and well cared for. The buildings and grounds were attractive and made a favorable first impression. The apartments were spacious, inviting and offered lots of natural light. The outdoor balcony or patios made this feel more like a house and the outdoor storage area was welcome. I could move in here and be very happy.
