If you can get an apartment on the low swing of the fluctuating price structure can be worth it, but with yearly increases, too small for cost. Also building security, and snow removal is poor at best.

I think the Buildings are very well kept. The grounds are so beautiful.

As I drove into the apartment community, I liked what I saw. I enjoyed the upkeep of the property and saw that there was plenty of parking available. Once in the office, I enjoyed meeting with the business manager. She was professional, friendly, helpful and pleasant. She was knowledgeable and tried to make sure everything I wanted and was looking for she could provide. She also explained on the tour what was available in the community. She told me what was in the area and the apartments location to everything.

I believe my above comments and reasons sum it up.

The staff was personable, professional, and polite. I appreciated that the laundry room operated with a card so it was not necessary to always have a lot of quarters. The grounds were very well kept. There were fresh flowers planted along the walkway to the entrance of the office. The pool looked very inviting, and I liked the idea of having a lifeguard on duty at all times while the pool was open. The fitness center had a nice variety of equipment, all of which appeared to be in good working order and dust free. Located within two miles of the commuter rail, the community had plenty of outdoor parking.

The apartment was worth the value of the price. I was impressed with the upgrades and the amenities that were included. The people that lived in the area were friendly, the area was convenient to everything, and I could have easy access to and from work.

I may or may not recommend the community to my family and friends.

This apartment community offers a comfortable and affordable living option to me and my family. The customer service I received was just as pleasant as my visit. I could see myself enjoying my stay at the community.

I loved this community. I wish I could move in. It felt like I was at a ski resort. The leasing professional was genuine and caring.

I have lived at The Meadows since 1999. I guess I must love it here as I have no intention of moving.

Not amazing, but decent.

I would recommend the meadows to friends because it's a convenient location with nice amenities. I would only shy away from it for the complaints stated above.

Its a good location, and a safe location. I dont worry about neighbors, or any indecent activity.

When I tell people my rent they laugh and tell me they pay much less for a mortgage on a house.

It doesn't offer amenities that others do like washer dryer in unit and every unit having a dishwasher. However, the dog rent is very reasonable per month.
