I had a great and memorable visit to this flawless property. The inside of the apartment were so updated and everything I was looking for. The grounds and property was well maintained.

The community is an extremely well kept community, that anyone would be proud to be a part of. The apartments are spacious, well lit, clean and inviting. The grounds are well maintained, with plants and bushes all around. The clubhouse, media center, swimming pool and other amenities are something to look forward to after a long day at work.

The property has a lot of attractive features. I particularly like the media room. I also like the events they have for guests and for kids during school break. It has all of the features I would need from a gym to a business center. The leasing agent was friendly, professional and prepared. More attempts to connect to me personally, such as asking about my family or my interests, would result in a higher rating.

This was a very attractive community, the sales professional was very knowledgeable. The amenities including the movie room were great, and the apartment itself was very impressive.

Using my name during my visit and/or during the departing comment would be a nice addition. Also, although I am the future renter, I was offered a thanking handshake; however, when my guest extended her handshake, it was almost missed as she started to lower her hand.

The leasing professional did a great job. She is very friendly and explained all the details about the lease terms such as floor plan and prices. With a big smile on her face, she led the tour with a good rapport.

The amenities were the strongest feature of the complex. I was also impressed that the company has resident functions in an attempt to encourage relationship between the tenants. The breakfast items mentioned were also impressive. The agent was very educated about her product, but seemed indifferent. She also could have spoken more about the management company and how they separate themselves for others.

The leasing professional tried to find out what my needed before anything else. Based upon my needs, she showed me what she had. She showed me all the amenities the community had, from the gym, the gated system, the pool, the covered carport, and the kitchen/living area. The leasing professional did a wonderful job in showing me the place and everything. I was very pleased with her service. Based upon the service and the community, I would live there in a heart beat.

I loved the property. The Leasing Professional did her job by showing me the property, pointing out the features. However, she did not make an attempt to find out any information about me, my likes, dislikes, what I liked to do in my free time, where I worked. She really did not build any rapport with me.

The community provides an excellent value for the money.

My visit to the community was pleasing for a variety of reasons. The leasing agent was very professional in accessing my needs. She displayed an excellent amount of energy and patience including the information shared regarding the local community which I found very helpful. The amenities they offered were top notch. And, along with the general maintenance and upkeep of the property, the tour alone was quite pleasing.

The apartment community, overall, has a welcoming and inviting way about it - everything from its location in a quiet community in a rural setting to the comforting feeling of the apartments themselves to the community area and other amenities it has to offer. It would certainly be a great place to live for anyone looking for an apartment.

It was an exquisite compilation of landscape quality combined with amenities and apartment structure.
