From the moment I stepped in to the office, I was impressed. The entry of the office is beautifully decorated, and the colors are comforting and make you feel welcome. The decorations are so lovely. The office was spotless and impressive. The leasing professional I worked with was wonderful, professional, and down to earth. The amenities and apartments were all well maintained, attractive, and welcoming.

I felt the property offered a number of amenities that would make living there enjoyable. I liked the pool and grills as well as the business center and meeting room. The two items that really stood out were the fitness center as I felt it was better than a typical apartment or hotel fitness center with more options. I also enjoyed the media room and could envision using it to host and watch football games. The leasing professional was engaging and helped me feel comfortable there. The property was clean and in new condition in all respects.

The associate was polite and friendly, in a business way. One thing that stood out was that the patio was off the master bedroom, which I felt was out of place.

The community is extraordinary in its value. The rents are reasonable for the services and amenities that are included. The common areas are spotless and available. They are available during the times that they will used most often. The leasing professional is excellent. She is exceptionally amiable and knowledgeable. She is expert in her product and very trustworthy.

We moved in about a year ago and have to say, it's been one of the greatest places I've ever lived. The amenities are awesome, but it's right off 495 and so close to Franklin. We have a Whole Foods and tons of other shops. It's so convenient. The girls in the office are always pleasant and the repair guys are so quick to respond. It's definitely an awesome place.

The model was large, with a very nice kitchen and excellent appliances. There were two large walk-in closets. I would live here without the slightest hesitation. Both leasing professionals did a great job with me.
