I toured with one of the best leasing professionals that I have ever dealt with. She was top notch and very good at what she does. I would absolutely rent from this community.

overall it is a great place to live.

It's different than living in a single family home. I have no other apartment living to compare to but I guess this is a good one. The staff are very friendly and make everyone feel important. It is pet friendly and considering all the dogs here the residents do a great job of picking up. The staff goes around every day to clean up any trash so to keep the place looking great.

The community was beautiful and well maintained. It was loaded with extra amenities and a perfect location in relation to shopping, good restaurants and recreational activities. The on-site pool, exercise room and computer center were a nice benefit.

barely adequate

inconsistent, the gates are open at odd hours and people cant find our names when they are closed. The trash is often piled up due to the machines malfunctions and often times there is no one in the office during stated hours. that's inconsistent and difficult to work with
given the premium prices we pay here I expect a higher level of service and control, I have yet to see that manifested.

We've been here almost a month and we're loving the easy living - After owning a home for 25 years, it's been a pleasure to simplify our lives. Unit is just right for us, amenities are perfect and we're getting to know one or two of the residents. Can't wait for the pool to open!

Safe, Comfortable Living

I would tell them I love the grounds of the property. Upon first look, the sales office and the grounds look clean and modern. My apartment was clean and inviting when I first moved in. All of my neighbors seem thoughtful and I am never kept up by noise.
I do however, have two concerns. I have asked twice to be added to the list at the gate entry and building entry door directory. I have yet to be added to the list. My guests have no way of coming by unless I get them a key card or I personally open the gate and the door. I am on a six month lease, so at this point, I have given up.
Also, I travel often and dont always bring my paper bill with me. Why, in the age of technology, can we not list the amount owed including the water bill online? I over payed last month and was never credited. Which is fine, but from speaking to other renters, in the event you under pay, you will be hit with fines and eviction notices almost immediately. Paperless statements should be looked into, in my opinion.

For the most part, we enjoyed living here.

Overall, we had a great experience living here! The one major downfall is the trash situation; there is only one dumpster for the entire complex. We found this very inconvenient. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our actual apartment! We had a good amount of privacy and there was not a lot of noise from other apartments; we could hear one of the tenants that lived above us during our time there and he sounded like he wore cement shoes on hardwood floors. We loved the gym and the pool and everyone working in the office was great.

I liked this community very much, and the cleanliness was outstanding. I would be very happy living at this community. There were things to do for any individual. The community is situated in an area of town which is easy to get around.

We have loved living at Jefferson.

We are moving out the end of this month and have loved living there. Our only complaints are the rent increases. Our rent went up very significantly when we extended our lease. We are also a bit disappointed that we are being charged extra for additional days because we received our "notice to vacate" late and turned it in immediately; we were not aware of this form as we had already set the term of our lease extension and thought we were all set.

A wonderful place to call

Peaceful. tenants are respectful of one another when it comes to creating noise.
It's clean, everyone is very helpful. It's close to 495 to travel anywhere and you have
shopping one mile away.
The amenities are everything you wld want and more!

Have you been to Patriots Place in Foxboro? It is also a short drive from Jefferson at Bellingham. This facility offers amazing shopping and fine dining. I also cannot forget to mention the state of the art sports facility to watch a few of New England's great sports teams!

Both of the associates I spoke to were great, very professional and welcoming, and both seemed very interested in helping me find an apartment in this community. The on-site associate in particular was very engaging and did not seem pushy about making a sale at all. She was very respectful. All in all, this experience with both the telephone and on-site shop was very satisfactory.

I love it here

I have recommended Jefferson to several potential renters, but they are usually put off by the high rental rates.
