The property was very nice and the amenities sold me on living there.

It is a a gem of a residential community hidden away in Bellingham. It offers most amenities and fully renovated apartments managed by very professional people and many other conveniences.

The community buildings were clean and well maintained. The grounds were also very well maintained and appealing. There was enough closet space for my needs.

This was a very appealing community, and it showed well. The landscaping was very attractive, and it enhanced the overall feel of the community. The apartments were of good size, with lots of natural light and good views. There was a lot of storage and closet space. I could easily see myself living there.

I loved the apartment community. It had everything I could want, everything I needed, and also things I did not even know I needed. The media room really stuck out to me as an awesome place to go and hang out with friends, or have a movie night party. The agent did a good job of relating the amenities to my needs. The property looked great and well maintained. I would be happy to call the community my home.

My experience was awesome! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. There was a movie room that was awesome. The business center was beautiful as well. The pool area was awesome.

The leasing professional was so friendly and engaging. She really got me excited about this property. The way she described the features and benefits of the amenities, I was ready to move right in. By the time our meeting was over, I felt like I had just made a new friend. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The model apartment seemed so cozy. I would be proud to call this community home.

When I entered the property I was very impressed on how well kept up it was and it was pleasing to the eye. I did not see too much activity that day, most likely due to people still away for the holiday. All the amenities were in the same building, which was very convenient and the apartment was beautiful. The apartments were a little expensive, but the cost in exchange for the amenities and the grounds upkeep and snow removal was well worth it.

During my time here at Jefferson at Bellingham they have taken great care of the overall premises with updating the parking lot surface and replacing hallway carpeting throughout. The grounds are meticulously maintained across the entire facilities. The organization needs to pay better attention to detail on their computers as a recent power outage caused lost access to ground and building due to a lack of recent backup to accomplish a date restore from. Everything seem to be back to normal within 48 hours however.

This was a very nice community. It had some great amenities. I was disappointed that there was not granite and stainless steel in the kitchens.

I would recommend this community based on the leasing professional's presentation.

I was very impressed with the value of the apartment community. The community seemed to be very well maintained. Many upgrades were in process. The upgraded apartment looked spacious, was light and airy, and had a contemporary feel. The way it was upgraded was very tasteful. The grounds were lovely and well landscaped. The amenities were mostly included in the rent, and I was impressed that the fitness center, conference center and business center could be accessed 24 hours a day. I felt the covered parking was very reasonably priced. The halls were well maintained and tastefully painted with new carpeting. I liked the idea of 24 hour maintenance. I thought the gated community and phone access to the community and buildings made it convenient to let visitors access the property and building. I enjoyed that the Leasing Professional seemed to know everyone. That made me feel that it was a friendly community.

The property was neat and clean, and the amenities seemed well looked after. The agent was great to work with.

Very happy with my stay so far. No complaints.
