I felt as if Michael's performance was satisfactory. I would like though that he would keep the person interested and engaged in the community even if they turn the community down at first. He should try to keep long time community friendships so that in the future the person knows that they could come to them because they trust them.

I walked away feeling welcomed at the community. The leasing professional was hospitable, sincere and candid in conversation. He addressed each of my needs as they arose. I was also encouraged to provide feedback, offered design suggestions and furniture placement options. In summary, the agent made me feel comfortable enough to rent there even though nothing was mentioned about the surrounding community and nothing was discussed about my preferences.

This is a nice property, and anyone would like to live here.

This property is something I would definitely spend the money on and move in to. It was very quiet and nice in every way possible. I enjoyed the staff member that I met, and I would definitely recommend it to everybody else.

The property is stunning and the staff was wonderful. The cost of the apartments was on par with the area, but what you get was great for the price. There was an on-site fitness center, a business space with printers and computers plus free Starbucks coffee 24-hours a day, and a covered heated parking garage. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home in the area.

This is a four story building in a nice area of Evanston. The apartment space is very efficient and economical.
