Apartments are great, lots of space and in good shape. Amenities are nice and they take good care of the grounds. Maintenance is always quick and does repairs right the first time. My only complaint is that I often have a hard time contacting the office. I'm at work during normal office hours, so I can't easily stop in with a question or concern...so I call or email. The phone is rarely picked up and emails often ignored. If I am able to go into the office everyone is VERY helpful and VERY friendly. However, I don't always have the ability to go in person.

I was thoroughly engaged by the amenities and features of the community. I was surprised that not all apartments had balconies or patios. I did think the courtyard was a great plus.

Pam, and rest of the staff Tessa and both Steve are amazing They did a great job making me feel welcomed and great to interact with. The building itself has great amenities and a great layout. And they have a great covered parking. BUT, with all that said, I did have some issues that made the difference of me liking this place instead of loving it. Location- This building is only 4 floors and sits right next to the Metra line diesel engine AND a fire station department. It does get noisy and makes it hard to have the windows or balcony's sliding door open especially around high traffic time. Nights are much better, but then you can hear your neighbors.

Trust me on this- the rooms at least my room and the service definitely makes up for some of the building's location shortcomings.

Excellent facility and friendly staff. Its location is great for access to the city and suburbs. Mainenance is great. They get issues fixed within a day. Only downside is parking spots are very tight if you have an SUV or truck.

It is an overall very nice apartment but I think there should be other some improvements:
1, The pool should be enlarged. The pool is so small especially compared to Park Evanston which is also owned by Lincoln.
2, Noise on Ridge Ave. Is it possible to set up some voice-free appliance on window?
3, I lived in A-301 but sometimes there is loud music noises from upstairs(A-401).

Love the location, staff, and amenities. I enjoy living at The Reserve and really do not have any complaints.

I am a NU student. Reserve provide me with a nice environment to study. Transportation to Tech building is really convenient.

Everything is wonderful except for two things:

1) The sound proofing! I can literally hear the people living next to me when I m in my living room, when I shift into the bedroom I can hear people living in the adjacent apartment!! I always know when my neighbor is working in the kitchen because when they open kitchen cabinets, it feels as if someone is opening kitchen cabinets in my apartment.

2) People also tend to leave their footwear and trash bags right outside their doors which is a huge let down when you open your doors to leave or come back to your apartment. This isn t occasionally, it s very frequent and annoying especially when you take care to not do such things yourself.

The staff here are very personable and friendly. They always greet you with a smile and indulge in small talk! The maintenance guys are very helpful and timely!

The staff are all very kind and very helpful.
The quality of the apartment as a whole is really high, from laundry machines to kitchen appliances.
Maintenance is done in a timely fashion as well.

The community is well maintained. The underground heated parking is a clear advantage. The modern and updated furnishings are also a plus. The staff is enthusiastic and professional. This would be a wonderful place to live.

The apartment community as a whole was very beautiful and inviting. The staff was very kind and friendly towards me. The person who took me on a tour was very engaging and her genuinely bubbly personality put me at ease right away. I also appreciated the fact the she answered the majority of the questions I had before I asked them. I loved the fact that apartment management regularly hosted events for the residents. The grounds of the apartment were very nicely kept and free of debris. I really liked the fact the all the apartments in the community have a washer/dryer and ample closet space. I appreciated the fact that I was able to see a furnished model apartment. It showed me all the creative ways that the space in the apartment could be utilized and made it feel more like a home.
