The community leasing office is nicely decorated and very clean. The hallways and apartments are clean and well maintained. The apartments are modern and updated. The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable right away.

I would recommend the community because of the great location.

The community has everything you are looking for. It has the luxury of city living without the bother. From the outdoor pool, the fitness center, the business suite and free Starbucks coffee, the community has it all!

The manner in which I was treated, the facilities and price, as well as the location would be hard to beat.

Overall, it is well run and the staff is professional. What I don't like is having only one elevator per building. This was a problem for me when I recently sprained my ankle and needed an elevator when I couldn't use the stairs. Taking out the trash was also problematic given distance needed to walk. This month I forgot to pay my rent for the first time ... while I know I signed the contact and it was indicated in it... I was disappointed by the letter I received asking me to pay a $100 penalty via cashiers check..especially as staff knew about my injury. I understand this is a business and there are rules to follow .. but I've been a very good tenant and this left a negative impression for me.
only reason I put poor for sound is due to my upstairs neighbors ..noise so bad roof shakes... better now after I reported it several times

We have loved living at the Reserve the past 9 months. Units are lovely, common area/amenities (esp. gym and pool) are fantastic, and the management is great. Only complaint is noise - we frequently hear a dog barking in a nearby unit (despite bringing this to management's attention), and also hear garbage trucks and early-morning beeping trucks.

I love a lot of the amenities, but the lack of balconies and patios was surprising. The few balconies were very small in size. I was surprised at the smoke free community. Although for health reason, I endorse non-smoking, but in my home, I would not like the forbidden part even outdoors.

I will recommend the Reserve: facilieties are really good (Gym, Cafe;', Internet and TV), the front office provides high support and services, the apartment are nice well equipped, the parking is perfect for the winter as well as for hot summer.

It was a very nice community, a hidden gem in the neighborhood.

I would live here based on the leasing agent's professionalism and knowledge of the area. She knew the area perfectly well and furnished details on how to enjoy living in Evanston.

I would assume that these units are competitively priced, but I found the prices to be at least 50 percent higher than a gated property in a similar location in the Milwaukee suburban area.

The community was neat, clean and well maintained. The leasing professional was upbeat and helpful and was genuinely interested in helping me find an apartment that met my needs.
