The community amenities were modern and appealing. The common areas are kept up very well. The leasing professional was pleasant and friendly. He was sincere and natural. He tailored the home to some of my needs. He was very natural and engaging in presenting the home. I would be very happy living here. The rent is a fair value for what you receive. The community has everything I was looking for and I would very likely recommend it to family and friends.

My perception of the leasing community was that the property was well maintained. It had nice amenities. The community offered superior service and a comfortable lifestyle. The staff had a friendly approach. They all had a positive attitude and they seemed to work together.

The community was not, but I felt the price was high.

I had a most memorable experience at this location. Everything was right at hand. There was a mall directly across the street from the community. Each building joined entry at one point or another. The garage was heated, the property was well maintained and nothing was out of place. They had a very well mannered staff and very professional. This is a place I would be proud of to call home.

Appliance and heating system is not efficient so it cost a lot in electricity. Hot water is limited to one tank so I can never get a hot shower after a bath.

The rooms are very nice and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, the Reserve at Evanston is a great place to live.

I love the security of the apartment, the pool, access to a gas grill, computer and printing availability, free coffee and gym. Maintenance is answered immediately. The guest suite available for family has been a real asset.

It is great living here. The staff is very helpful and the apartments are beautiful.

a comfortable place for living

I would say it is an ideal place to live. The units and general surrounding areas are maintained to a high level and all the facilities within the actual apartment complex itself are clean and orderly.

The Reserve offers a well-managed residential option with good amenities and a very responsive maintenance team. There is a good diversity in the residents mix and location is very convenient if you work or study at Evanston downtown.

Not a bad place to live but the price rate is high. One bedrooms are small for the price.
When the AC runs its very loud. Unable to run the bathroom fan and light separately.
Unable to smoke outside on patio even though there is no signs in office saying we are smoke free.
Maintenance staff is great. At times leasing staff is not on the same page.

The Reserve has everything we need to live comfortably. Everything is kept in good working order and the staff is very friendly.
