I liked the building very much. I think they have good amenities. I viewed the laundry facilities and found them above average in cleanliness. They were doing renovation work and had progressed to a point where I could easily see how nice everything was going to be when finished. I definitely would move here and would recommend it to others.

The community is located in a prime downtown location. Along with an exceptional staff, it has wonderful apartment features and amenities!

The community seems like a genuinely great place to live. The modern renovations make this place one notch above others. It is quite obvious that the management company values their residents and is investing in the upkeep of the building. The amenities show that the management company has listened to the needs of the residents and is adding a new fitness center, inside and outside entertaining space, full grills on the top-floor patio, and great living spaces.

The visit at the property was awesome. From the concierge to the leasing agent all were polite, professional and friendly. I was given all the information about the property amenities and apartment amenities in the leasing office. I was shown the apartment and its amenities were explained to me by the leasing agent.

The staff members were warm and inviting, and the location was great. Anyone who is looking for a chic apartment with great leasing offers and costumer service should look no further.

The agent was really good and showed a genuine desire in helping me. She really did want what was best for me, and did not just try to push a sell.

I felt very comfortable while touring the property. The agent was friendly and upbeat and I truly felt that she wanted me to live at the property.

I liked the staff. The leasing professional was very kind, and she smiled a lot. She looked as if she really cared. She made me feel comfortable.

Overall, the experience was great. The leasing agent was very professional and eager to find me an apartment that was conducive to my required needs. The leasing professional displayed all of the new amenities that would be available in the the building in the future.

I could not justify the $3,600 plus increase per annum for the renovations of new cabinets, granite counter and a new fridge and stove.
