It is pleasant, secure and valuable. However, security/management can be too strict in regards to having visitors in common space.

I would highly recommend the community because the management company has done an outstanding renovation to this community. The location is close to transportation, shops, and the best restaurants in the city.

After touring the community, I felt it was nice, with modern and up to date amenities, some cutting edge. I was impressed with the meeting rooms and fitness center and how well thought out everything seemed to be with the resident's comfort in mind. Entering the property was not up to the rest of the community. I could not figure out how to enter except be buzzed by someone on the inside with other responsibilities and not very attached to the entry at all. The grounds were nice but not luxury. I was a bit disappointed with the size of the units for the asking price. They were very basic, except for the kitchen.

The property is well organized. They offer high technology in their property to help serve their residents. The staff seems to be well organized and professional. The property has many amenities and features to benefit from.

i would never recommend for someone to live here. the elevator situation is beyond irritating and an inconvience. i have never lived in a building with so many elevator problems and disfunctions. and i have lived in much larger buildings with more floors and more apartments. something is always broken and there is always someone moving. i also do not think that the door staff is that nice or welcoming except the lady. i pay too much money to live here and can not wait until my lease is over. lastly, i dont think that the air conditioning works that well. the list could go on.

The amenities are very nice, I just did not appreciate the pool table within the lobby area. It seemed like it was out of place.

The community is very nice for professionals and is dog friendly.

West 77 apartments was centrally located in the downtown area and offers the latest amenities.

The elevators NEED to be fixed. The second cart CANNOT take as long as it did and the delays are getting ridiculous.

I would recommend living here for sure. It might not be perfect for a young family, but for the 30-something crowd, it's perfect.

This is a nice community with great amenities. The amenities that are provided at no charge include coffee in morning in the lobby, Wi-Fi in all common areas, games in the party room and yoga one day a week. The conference room and party room were available for a fee. All common areas and apartments were newly renovated. The apartments were a bit small, but nicely appointed.

It is loud and expensive. The "updated" lobby and hallways are ugly, not sure why they chose such atrocious furniture/colors. I can hear everything in the building, not even talking about the construction. When people throw trash down the shoot I hear it. Everytime. People in the hallway. People above me. People on their balconies. It's just loud.

The community had nice amenities, and was centrally located in a trendy area with lots of restaurants. It had easy access to the highway, and was walking distance to shopping and accessible by public transportation.

However, the amount of dust is over the top. I have to vacume and ust every day. Additionally, I have a broken foot and the evators are down and I have to walk the stairs with all the other tennants. I usually hold them up since I am slow. Both the dgo and I are none stop sneezing. Not a pleasant experience.

He was a great agent. He was very professional and easily built rapport. I would highly recommend him.
