They had pluses and minuses. A big plus was the indoor/outdoor 12 season pool. The common areas were clean and smelled good, which I was told was a signature scent! The elevators were modern and roomy. They had a nice business center and a common kitchen for the rare event. The negative was a painfully small bathroom. The kitchen was all electric and while nice, it was not for someone who cooked everyday. It was very compact. I actually liked the laundry room. It was near the common area and had wifi and plenty of places to hang out, while doing laundry. It would have been nice to have a washer/dryer in the apartment as well.

This is a very nice community. It had the modern comforts of home, if that is what you are looking for.

The community has been recently renovated and all of the community amenities are very up to date and attractive. The apartment layouts utilize the space in an effective way.

My overall visit was an above average experience. The agent asked questions that really mattered and responded as needed. I did not engage with any other staff members during my visit. The community itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained.

The building was dated. Even though it was being renovated, I was not really impressed by the updates. For the price I should get a washer/dryer combo in a one bedroom apartment. The leasing agent did a great job selling the community.

The community is an ideal location in Chicago! The property has fantastic amenities like an indoor pool, 24 hour fitness center and free coffee in the morning! The apartment boasts beautiful espresso wood flooring and cabinets, lovely granite counter tops and lighting fixtures! Simply a contemporary elegance throughout!

The facilities are more than adequate. The value is decent. The parking garage is terrible. In regards the staff, the doorman was very nice. The phone agent was super. Unfortunately, the leasing agent did not deliver a decent presentation. Although in her defense, as I was getting up to leave, she did ask me if I wanted to leave a deposit to hold an apartment.

The price for the rent was way too much for the size of the apartment.

This community has a lot of amenities that make it easy to do all the things I like, including the gym and sauna. The community as a whole seems nice.

From the moment I met the leasing agent, she was extremely professional and gave me exceptional customer service. She was very informative of the area. I actually saw myself living at this community.

The community offers a very contemporary environment, maybe even futuristic in some areas. The community is beautiful and well maintained. The staff I encountered was professional in attitude and appearance, and they were also very helpful.

I was impressed with the community. I would be inclined to rent here based on the amenities that they offer and the convenient location to downtown. Everything is within walking distance, which is a big bonus for a potential resident. The apartments are spacious and have nice views.
