This apartment community is superb. It offers all the conveniences the city has to offer. The community has maintenance on-site and other amenities as well. I would rent here potentially in the future, because of the wonderful location and what they have to offer.

I thought the community was full of pride. From the moment I walked into the lobby with the sassy furnishings and engaging door staff to the colorful leasing agent, I was impressed. I thought the appointments in the units were commendable. They had ceiling fans, track lighting, sconces in the entryway, and wine racks. The common areas had comfortable sofas and chairs, with big screen televisions to make hanging out inviting. They made sure every detail was considered. I could easily call this community home.

I felt welcome when I first visited the property. It offered everything I was looking for from living space to amenities. This would be a great place to call home.

This is a fabulous property. The lobby and other common areas are beautifully appointed and clean. The model apartment for a one bedroom is absolutely gorgeous. These apartments are spacious and equipped with all the necessities. There are beautiful stainless appliances, granite countertops, bamboo flooring, and washer/dryer. I loved this property.
Terrible
The only nice thing about it is the concierge folks. They are so sweet and helpful. The management staff are rude... There is constant dog barking noise from neighbors... The maintenance people are nice though.

This is a lovely community with great amenities. The apartments are spacious and laid out well. The community is in a good location and close to public transportation. There are many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

The upkeep of the lobby needs to be taken into consideration, since that is the first impression. The other common areas were well worth the visit.
