The rooftop area offered fabulous seating and the views were amazing!!

I was pleased with the community. However, I felt that parking was difficult for those who were not given instructions prior to arriving.

The community was a good deal for the area. I thought the size of the apartment balanced with the price was above average. The amenities were the only thing which felt average. The pool seemed nice and the gym was fine, but nothing blew me away.

The community offers some top notch amenities and views of the downtown. The apartment's floor plans make good use of the space.

I found the property to be in a great location with updated amenities and features in the apartment and the amenities and other areas. The front desk security personnel was very friendly and conversational. I very much appreciated his mannerisms and time with me. The property is spectacular and it was presented in a very professional and appealing manner.

The agent was robotic. She did not explain benefits of any apartment features.

The community has great views and it is in a great location. The amenities appear to be top of the line and the apartment is one of the better apartments in the area.

This was the best tour I have had and not just because of the community. The tour was informative and had me focused on all I saw and all described. Other staff I encountered were pleasant and smiling and fit right with the professional. The community and surrounding area were and are outstanding and I would definitely lease and recommend the community.

I would be inclined to lease an apartment in the community, because of the atmosphere. The atmosphere was that of tranquility and peaceful surroundings. The staff was very friendly. The residents that I encountered were friendly and nice. The front desk concierge was friendly and nice. The lobby was refreshing to walk through. The environment was busy, but restrained. All in all this property ranks as one of the best properties I have seen.

I have been a resident here for two years and I do love living at EnV. I love my apartment, the views, and most of the amenities. I do feel that EnV has declined over the two years I have lived here in some aspects though. When I moved in, I felt like Anthony and the leasing team put a lot of emphasis on the residents. We had more functions, fun happy hours set up, new EnV discount card clients, and more parties to meet those we live with. I feel that this past year there has barely been any of that and I do dislike it since it used to be so fun and I know other buildings do a lot of it. I also feel like the amenities are great for the most part, but the gym needs an upgrade. At the very least, there definitely needs to be new treadmills and perhaps some more weight lifting options.

Finally, I feel that the door staff has declined a bit. Carlos has, and always will, be awesome and so friendly. There are a few other guys that work at night that are great and friendly but I feel like the women that work the door are not too friendly and the door staff EnV had when I first moved in was absolutely awesome and so welcoming and friendly.

Also, for the love of God, if it is possible, can you please make the water pressure better and perhaps put some more quiet washing machines in the units.

EnV is a great place to live and the staff is courteous and excellent.

The staff is everything we've needed them to be and more. Friendly, attentive, considerate, and personable. However, the walls are paper-thin and the vents carry a lot of sound. Neighbors are often playing music in the early morning late at night 12AM-6AM while partying. Others you can hear from one bathroom to another through the vents. This can make for a very unpleasant morning when waking up to less than appealing sounds almost feels like being in a public restroom .

Everything else has been fantastic, but when a tv show or even sleeping is interrupted by a neighbor's blaring music about and inconsiderate tendencies, it's tough to overlook.

It's pretty good. Not bad. The only disappointment is how thin the walls are in the building.

I liked the area and the building. I thought it was a nice location, but not a very wonderful view from the apartment I was shown. The office was very clean and made me feel like maintenance was working hard.

Based on the building amenities and the apartment features, I would gladly rent from this property. It appeared to me that I would definitely be getting my money's worth and more.
