I have really loved living at EnV for the last 3 years. The building is beautiful, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the door staff and will miss them dearly And the location can't be beat. I am moving to find something a little cheaper in a different neighborhood. The rent prices at EnV are very high, but it is to be expected for the neighborhood so you can't really say anything about that because they're comparable to the surrounding options. And the amenities are top notch to match the price. The rooftop pool is amazing and has the best view, especially at night. You will hear a lot of noise sometimes, and that can be an issue, but honestly that kind of comes with the territory of living in the river north area that's just the clientele here but it's reasonable. As far as outside noise, EnV is insulated incredibly well. I faced west directly over the brown line Merchandise Mart stop and could barely even hear the train when my apartment was closed up. So the building is built very well. If you want to live downtown in the middle of everything, I would definitely recommend EnV if you can afford it. It's pricey, but worth it for the experience of city-view downtown living. I'm moving to a more quiet, neighborhood-y Lincoln park area now, but I am really glad I had the experience of living at EnV for as long as I did. Worth the experience for me and would not trade it, I loved it.

Too much dogs in the building Sometime the elevators smells bad because of dogs And couple of times I saw dogs in the 28th floor and they are not even attached to their owners .

The common areas, while not huge, were very comfortable and clean. The office was clean and the apartments were nicely furnished, giving me a good idea of what could physically fit into each.

The building, the location, the amenities, and the apartment features were really impressive. The facility could almost sell itself. Unfortunately, the delivery of the presentation was less than average. The leasing professional's script-type delivery and lack of trial closes and prospect involvement detracted from the overall tour.

I found this community to be lovely. The location is great for someone who works in the area. It has everything that you need.

Upon entering the main lobby, my first thought was that this was beautiful. The building presented itself very well. The finishes and feel of the community were very well done. The staff seemed polished and refined.

My overall visit was an above average experience. The agent went over all the details of the apartment/community without glossing over them. The staff was friendly and polite, and the community itself was beautiful, clean, maintained and undamaged.

This was an awesome property, modern and vibrant. The community is located in a very desirable area in the city. There are many swank clubs, auto dealerships, art museums, and specialty stores nearby. The leasing professional whom assisted me was high caliber and made our interaction feel familiar, like working with an old friend. His selling strategy was smooth and natural. I would definitely want to live in this community. This is a choice community.

The community offered phenomenal downtown living. I was pleasantly surprised to see the floor to ceiling windows with stunning views. The amenities, such as the fitness center and pool with outdoor space, were beyond my expectations. The apartments were contemporary in design and offered quality details. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was unmatched from my experience.
