I enjoyed myself with the leasing agent. They were really good at their job. They were informative and polite. The community was laid back and chilled.

The property was located in a great area downtown. The apartments were spacious with walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances and panoramic views of the city. The staff I encountered was professional and friendly.

This is a beautiful well kept building. The agent was very warm and welcoming and quite engaging. On the phone, he was personable and professional. He seem to want to help with all my needs. The customer service that was provided was great. He made it a point to know exactly what I was looking for.

The EnV Chicago was a very impressive building with style. The apartment were larger than most with exceptionally large closets which was a plus in the downtown Chicago area.

The apartments and amenities were impressive. I did not feel very welcomed by the on-site leasing professional.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour I took at EnV Chicago. As soon as you enter the building you do not know what to look at first. The building is amazing, honestly if I could afford it I would lease an apartment.

I viewed a high-end property that displayed excellent amenities, spacious floor plans, large bedrooms, and a walk-in closet. The agent and doorman were courteous and professional. Maintenance was flawless. Although I would like to see the property change out the hallway carpets on the resident floors.

This is an outstanding looking community that came across as an outstanding place to live in. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming while the decor was luxurious but not ostentatious. It has a very nicely decorated, comfortable feel about it that is not easy to find or pull off anywhere.

The location is perfect. A short walk to downtown, within feet of the el, and in the middle of River North surrounded by showrooms, the Merchandise Mart, five star restaurants and a short walk to downtown Chicago. The attention to details of the common areas and hallways was impressive. The building materials used were of high quality and good taste. The lighting was modern, the furniture in the lobby and common areas was modern and Lincoln's commitment to keeping the building fresh is fantastic. I personally would be very happy to live here.

The community was located in a great part of downtown and provided an above average living experience. The apartments were spacious and offered great finishes and nice views of the city. The amenities provided ample space to either work from home or relax. The modern kitchens rivaled those in a single family home. Those apartments were power packed with lots of character.
