The overall community was amazing! The amenities were fabulous and more than what I had expected. The leasing agent was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable with a great personality. I could definitely see myself living there and would recommend it to friends and family!

The community had very recently undergone a lot of renovations to the common areas and was very current. The agent was knowledgeable and enthused about the property. The apartments had smart layouts that did a good job of utilizing the space. The location of the community was well situated to the train station and the downtown area which was a big selling point.

The leasing agent was outstanding. She made conversation with me and made me feel like I was chatting with a friend instead of talking with a leasing agent. The amenities were wonderful, but about the same I would see elsewhere for the price. I would definitely recommend the location because it was nice and well done, and the agent was so nice!

I was sold on the telephone. However when I arrived I was astounded at the additional amenities, such as the parking garage, dry cleaners, hot tub and community room. If I were truly in the market and it were in my price range I would have rented an apartment on the spot.

I would recommend that people stop by and meet the friendly office staff at the community where many amenities and conveniences are available.

This apartment building is conveniently located in downtown Arlington Heights, a block away from a grocery store and other shops. The Metro Station is located about two blocks from the community. The building is in the process of updating and renovating apartments, some already renovated in stainless appliances, granite counter tops, custom colors, new dark wood cabinets, and fixtures with plenty of closet space.

The community was upscale and conveniently located. It had a nice, comfortable feel.

This community was very nice and so was the leasing professional. I would tell my family and friends about this location.

I would definitely recommend this community. The community was very nice, but I think they were asking too much for rent.

This apartment community seems to offer a city lifestyle in the suburbs. If I was looking for an apartment, this would be on my list of choices.

I felt the pricing was way too high.
