I think the community would be fine for a retiree or empty nester. It had everything one would want in a downtown community, if one wanted to live in a suburban downtown community with limited features.

The apartment was pricey, but the amenities and the features offered were great. The service offered was commendable too.

The space was nicely updated. I could tell updates were important to this company. The flower beds were very nice. I could tell it was a high end building. The building was very well kept and very enticing.

This is a beautiful community, conveniently located to transportation and the city. The amenities and service was great, the only downfall for me is not having the washer and dryer in each apartment. For that price, I would prefer to have washer and dryer inside of the apartment.

The community was nicely situated in the downtown area and close to shopping, transportation, parks and restaurants. The amenities looked fresh and updated. The apartment offered open kitchen floor plans with a lot of counter space.

She was very helpful in what I was looking for and made it about me and wanted to see me happy. I could definitely see myself living there and would recommend to family and friends.

The apartment building was similar to other high rise apartments in the area. The amenities it offered were adequate. The community looked clean and well maintained. The leasing professional had a very pleasant demeanor. She seemed confident during her presentation. Her attitude was sincere and attentive. The leasing professional asked me some general questions to determine my needs and then she tailored the presentation based on my needs. The leasing agent presented the features of the apartment and amenities in a suitable manner. Based on her presentation, I could be very happy living there.

The location was excellent with easy access to stores and services. The apartment had very nice views from the upper floors. The staff seemed to care about the residents.

This is a very nice community located in the heart of downtown Arlington Heights. It is very close to everything. It would be a great location to live in.

Based on what I saw from the staff and residents, this seems like a great place to live. However, I was not impressed with the apartment kitchens. Considering the recent renovations, I would have expected better cabinetry. The apartments had the same dull beige carpeting and white walls that one finds anywhere. The rooms were quite small.

I was very impressed with the leasing professional. She was very friendly and helpful. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She treated me like a very important person and seemed like she really wanted my business.

The leasing professional was a delight. I would have loved to live there.
