The apartment was nice, but had a dorm feel.

The apartments were well maintained and very attractive. They had all stainless steel appliances. The flooring was like a laminate wood in the entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The carpeting was brand new. This is an excellent location! Right in the heart of town and fabulous shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The train station was two short blocks from the building. The grocery store was less than two blocks from the building, and was practically right next to the train station. Not too many suburbs have all the benefits in the immediate walking area. One could live happily in this community.

The community was very well maintained and updated. The leasing professional seemed very accommodating and would be easy to work with during the renting process.

This is a luxury building located in downtown. The lobby is a show stopper and denotes a sense of luxury. Indoor parking is available. It is an outstanding high rise in a suburban community.

This community is top notch. They have all the amenities needed to bring in their clientele. They have state of the art laundry room. I was so impressed by this feature being able to view this room online to see what was available and how long your cycle would be until it is done. The pool area is beautiful and very secure and secluded. The grounds are meticulously clean and well groomed.

From the moment I approached the community until I left, I was very impressed with everything. When I considered the value I was even more impressed. Truthfully, this community is more like a three star hotel than a rental apartment building. I would be very happy to reside here. It was a very nice experience with special thanks to the leasing professional.

I found the community to be engaging, welcoming, and first rate in its amenities. I thought that with the pricing the apartment should have its own washer/dryer, but other than that I had a great impression.

The property looked freshly renovated and modern. The common areas were well presented and there was a lot to offer residents. The staff was personable and friendly and sold the community well. The location was excellent and close to everything I would need. The renovated and modern apartments were attractive and well presented.

She highlighted the value of living at the community. The agent who assisted me on the telephone also was a pleasure to work with. Both were engaging and left me with a very positive impression of the community.

The community appeared to been recently remodeled and had a very modern design to it. The leasing agents were polite and engaging. I believed it would be a nice place to reside at.
