I enjoyed touring this apartment community. The location is awesome. The person I toured with did a good job showing me around the community. She gave me ideas on how to set up my furniture in the apartment. She told me she wanted me to apply and that Lincoln Property Management strives to provide a stress free living environment.

Downtown Arlington Heights is boring. I would not want to live in a high-rise paying that amount of money for rent if I could not do my laundry at home. It is way overpriced. However, it appeared as if it were like new even though it had been built over thirty years ago.

Overall, the building felt very friendly and that the other residents seemed to enjoy living there. Many doors had wreaths and decorative details, which made me feel that the residents take pride in their homes. The common areas seemed very clean and updated. The halls were open, nicely carpeted, and well lit. The building presented as an upscale community.

The property features are good, specifically the granite and stainless steel. The bedroom sizes are small. The property is well kept and it is obvious the entire staff cares about it. For example, as you walk in, the floors were clean, coffee was available, and there were no fingerprints on the entrance doors; which is unusual.

The community amenities are very appealing. The upkeep of common areas throughout the property was full of pride. The leasing professional was pleasant, prepared and exhibited a nice personality. She was sincere and natural. She seemed to genuinely care about meeting my needs. The way the home and community were presented by the leasing professional was very natural. I would be very happy living here. The property offers an above average deal for the money. It has everything I was looking for. I would very likely recommend the apartment community to family and friends.

I did not know what to expect when I pulled up in front of the main entrance way to the leasing office, but I was pleasantly surprised. The area around the building had a pleasant downtown atmosphere to it. I liked the closeness within two blocks of a shopping area, coffee house and train station. The building was very attractive; the design was well-thought out. I also liked the seating area near to the front door which makes it easy to look out for a ride or visitors. You could be very comfortable living at this community.

I thought the property was great. It was centrally located, with a lot of shopping conveniences. It had modern amenities and upgraded apartment features. I would definitely consider living at this community.
