The common areas are not kept clean. The parking rules and pet rules are not enforced.
Thank you for your feedback. We have contracted with a company to clean our breezeways on a rotating schedule. They will be bringing in industrial equipment, so we hope you see a difference. We also have some new programs rolling out to help enforce our pet policies in the very near future.

It is a good location and an attractive building, but would warn them that the walls are thin!

Thank you for taking time to respond to our survey. I hope that you have seen several of the items you mentioned resolved. Believe us, the coffee will not be going anywhere! We are expecting some new equipment in the weight room, but the equipment you mentioned will not be part of that. I will look into adding it next year. If you ever need assistance or find something not up to par, please let us know. We are happy to address the situation!
