I dont feel that there is value in the apartment or the events that the apartment holds.

It was a lovely experience touring with the leasing professional. The bedrooms looked a bit too small for the price. I would have leased based on my experience with the leasing professional.

The building is poorly built and does not provide a quiet environment.

This is a newer, modern property in a great part of town. The rental rate made me give a hard blink, but the units were very nice and the amenities were great. It is located right off Peachtree, but somehow it feels quiet and very tucked away. From what I could see, it seemed like a fantastic place to live.

My complaint is constantly being ignored when you go down to get a package. It amazes me people decide to live here when they visually see residents being ignored and not even addressed when coming down there.

Love the area. Parking is pretty bad. Especially for those on the bottom/terrace level.

The tour could have been made more personable and tailored. The agent did not make me feel special.

The community was very appealing. It was almost as if it was in another city. The curb appeal was up to par for sure. Parking definitely needed to be made more obvious. Everything was very well kept. I would definitely lease an apartment there.
