As a customer who is actually looking to rent, these apartments are beautiful but very expensive. I would not lease there only because the price is too high.

I like the area where the apartment was located. This is what captured me; not so much as the apartment because it was quite expensive to me. I would recommend this apartment to a young professional who wants to be in the Buckhead area.

I loved The Jane. The salt water pool and beautiful outdoor deck and courtyard sold me! The community was beautiful and well maintained. I could see myself living there and would certainly tell others about the community. It was conveniently located and worth the money. Based on the leasing professional's presentation, I would have leased immediately.

Overall, this was a good experience. The community was very nice and fairly new, which was nice. I just felt like something was missing. The leasing agent was friendly and professional, however, I did not feel like my needs were completely met. I almost got the feeling that she was just going through the motions and felt that I probably could not afford to live there. She never asked me if I wanted to put in an application or if I wanted to leave a deposit to secure the apartment. The apartment was extremely small and way over priced.

Upkeep of apartment common areas is terrible.
We strive daily to keep our community exceptional. I myself, along with all of our team, make it a point to walk our grounds daily. Because of the size of our community, there may be some areas, that we could possibly miss. If you ever find anything, please let me know, and it will be taken care of immediately. Thank you again for taking time to leave your feedback. It's through feedback that we get better at what we do.
