I don't know many people looking to live in apartment complexes. Parking has become a problem with the new construction, the units are not well built and are loud, and the pool is not as luxurious as it appears on weekends. If someone was looking for a complex similar then I would.

Everything is trending downward since the last month or so.

I like the amenities, but the other residents are incredibly disrespectful of others. The trash and debris in the hall and trash chutes are out of hand.

I would not recommend this apartment because of the smoking issues that are not addressed and the fact that the premise is not visibly monitored by a security company.

If the gym had better air circulation and the windows rcvd blinds it would be sooo much better. The pool should only allow a certain amount of guests. Music should not be played unless its in your ears. Not everyone has the same taste in music.

The old staff is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this apartment but I have noticed a major difference in the new staff. Any question I have asked has been answered or followed up on. There was one case where they flat out said they didn't know what was going on which was nice to hear. I understand taking over a new apartment is going to come with hiccups but to be honest and not give false promises but still saying how you are working to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.

I recommended The Yards to other friends and felt comfortable, with the new management there is no way I would recommend "The Marq."

Overpriced. More than a few bad apples get in here. $35 a month for trash service that is 50/50 at best since I have moved here. Now new management have changed the times they do come around and there was no notice so we all put garbage out at bed time and they have already come around so it is still there in the morning.

I would not recommend it because of the lack of upkeep. I feel I pay to much to live in a place that does keep up their part of the property.

Great younger crowd, great pet amenities, nice apartments.

Seems more expensive than it ought to be. I like the features but I'm not as thrilled about the pricetag.

The space is nice. Some of the residents have some growing up to do.
